BUYER OF FONEBUSTER FLAT PHONECARD ACCEPTS THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Usage based upon one-minute increments. Calls may be rounded to the next subsequent full minute.
A 25¢ per minute surcharge applies on calls made from the Northwest Tel territories and Alaska.
A 5¢ per minute surcharge applies on calls made from the United States.
Please add 2¢ per minute when using the toll free access number.
Card expires 180 days after the first use or 1 year after the purchase.
Rates effective: November 1, 2009.
